Bro Samuel Tucker has lived in the West Point Community all of his life. He graduated from West Point High School in 1989 where he was a vital part of the Basketball program, Track and Field and FFA. He surrendered to the call to preach at age 17 the summer before he entered his Senior year in High School. He has pastored 5 churches now, Interim Pastor 1 Church, Been the on campus pastor at The Foundry Farm here in Cullman since 2016 and been to Uganda for 6 times. 

His lovely wife is Sister Jennifer Tucker who graduated from Cullman High School in 1990 and went on to earn her college Bachelor's degree from Athen State University in Elementary Education and her Master's degree from Alabama A&M University. They were married in 1992 and have 2 sons: Luke and Zac. 

Jason & Leah Sapp have been in Student Ministry for over 15 years. Much of this time was spent in Children's Ministry. In June 2022, God led them to West Point Baptist Church to serve in Student Ministry.

Both Jason & Leah are long-term residents of the community and graduates of West Point High School. Together they have three adult children: Ashtyn, Allyson, and Patrick Sapp. All of whom are graduates of West Point High School.

Jason is an electrical substation engineer and Leah works for the Cullman County School System. They enjoy spending time with their adult children and traveling.

Bro Greg Burks became the music minister at West Point Baptist Church in October of 2022. 

JJ grew up in Crane Hill in Cullman County. He graduated from West Point High School in 1992 and also attended Wallace State Community College. He now works as a rural carrier for the USPS.

JJ felt the call to serve the Lord through music at a very early age. He began playing piano and singing as a small child in various churches where his father served as pastor. He became a member of West Point Baptist Church in 2005, first serving as keyboard player for the praise band, and currently serves as Associate Music Minister.

JJ believes that even though music is only one form of worship, it can set the tone for the entire worship service, and can be a very encouraging and uplifting way to worship the Lord in everyday life.

Linda lives in Moulton, AL. Linda comes from a background in bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.  She gained experience at First National Bank and the City of Athens Electric Department.

At West Point Baptist Church, she acts as the office manager handling appointments, addressing needs, ordering materials, maintaining/reporting financial information, and a host of other tasks.

We welcomed Linda to our team in 2018 and look forward to many years of partnership.
